Where your life begins.
When you learn to love yourself, it is the greatest feeling of all. Spending your life wanting to be like someone else or wishing you looked a certain way can really get you down, and quite frankly, is a waste of time. Life is a journey and you won’t be able to get to where you want to be if you don’t take it.
Struggling with your body image is something everyone goes through (some more than others). It’s natural, but this day and age has made it so hard to except yourself for who you are. I remember spending so much time hating myself because I wasn’t the size 4 I wanted to be. We start to get so low that we stop taking care of ourselves because we realize we can never be someone else. I wish I could hug every single person going through this because it is such a hard thing to get past. Nothing you do is ever good enough because you are so hard on yourself. You will never get those perfect legs because even when you make an achievement, it can always be better. It’s until you except yourself when you can be free of all the crazy things in your head. None of those things will matter if you just love yourself and other people will see it, too.
We are all beautiful. We all have a purpose on this planet. Whether you’re male/female, black/white/hispanic/purple/yellow/grey, etc. It doesn’t matter because someone loves you and you can make it. And if you don’t think anyone loves you, know that I love you and everything will be okay because you got it, babe.
